Format

Qualifiers:

15 teams already qualified through regional qualifiers, and the last qualifier will be the winner of OGA Dota Pit Minor.

Playoffs:

16 teams play in a double-elimination format, 8 teams in upper, and 8 teams in a lower bracket. Lower bracket round 1 is BO1, Grand finals are BO5, and everything else is BO3.

Teams that qualified:

Europe- Team Secret, Team Liquid, and OG

CIS- Virtus.pro, and Team Empire

China- Keen Gaming, PSG.LGD, and Vici Gaming

Southeast Asia- Fnatic, and Mineski

South America- paiN Gaming, and Chaos Esports Club

North America- Evil Geniuses, compLexity Gaming, and TEAM TEAM

Who has the biggest chance of winning?

Definitely Team Secret or Virtus.pro. Their whole 2018-2019 pro circuit has been amazing! Virtus.pro is currently first with 10950 points (they were 1st in The Kuala Lumpur Major, and 2nd in The Chongqing Major and DreamLeague Season 11). Team Secret is second with 9300 points ( they were 1st in The Chongqing Major, 2nd in The Kuala Lumpur Major, and 4th in DreamLeague Season 11). However, there always might be someone else. For example, Vici Gaming won last major (they qualified to it by winning StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor) by winning 3-2 against Virtus.pro.

Format

Group stage:

Two groups of four teams each. BO3 round-robin format

Playoffs:

Double-elimination BO3 matches. Grand finals are BO5.

Teams that qualified:

Europe- Ninjas in Pyjamas, and Alliance

North America- Forward Gaming

South America- Majestic Esports

CIS- Gambit Esports

Southeast Asia- BOOM ID

China- Royal Never Give Up, and EHOME

Who has the biggest chance of winning?

Ninjas in Pyjamas, EHOME, Alliance, and Gambit Esports are the only mid-tier teams in this tournament. So, from them, I think Ninjas in Pyjamas has the highest chance of winning. Simply because during this pro circuit they showed way more than either of those other two teams.

Where to Bet?

You can bet on these tournaments on pretty much any esports betting site. However, after a little research, we here at Esportsbite would recommend Betway, Pinnacle and GGBet. Those sites are trusty and they have the best odds currently. If anything changes, we would update the article.
